By approving the quote or allowing work to commence, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Existing Condition
All surfaces cleaned may contain pre-existing damage including cracking, loose mortar, weakened paint, oxidation, brittle sealants, deteriorated tiles or aged materials. Cleaning may expose these conditions but does not cause them.
Staining & Organic Growth
Some stains such as rust, bore water, tannin, deep mould staining or chemical discolouration may be permanent and cannot always be completely removed.
Soft Washing & Pressure Cleaning
We use industry-appropriate methods; however, due to the condition or age of surfaces, minor paint loss, flaking, or surface marks may occur where materials were already compromised.
Roof Cleaning
Roof coatings, pointing and tiles may be fragile. Cleaning can reveal deterioration, faded coatings or previous repairs. We are not responsible for pre-existing leaks, cracks or structural faults that become noticeable after cleaning.
Seals & Water Intrusion
Windows, doors, electrical fittings and penetrations are assumed watertight. Coastal Pressure Solutions is not liable for water entry caused by failed seals, gaps or building defects.
Chemical Treatment
Cleaning solutions are used to remove organic growth. Surrounding vegetation is pre-wet and rinsed; however, sensitive plants may still experience stress or spotting.
Results & Longevity
Cleaning greatly improves appearance but does not restore materials to new condition, nor prevent future organic growth permanently.
By proceeding, the client confirms they understand and accept these conditions.
